Spanish Translator: We have added a Spanish translator to the software! Now when you are creating a bureau or PII letter, you can change the content of the letter to Spanish with the click of a button!
Enhancement Metro 2 Disputing: We have enhanced our Metro2 dispute engine. Thanks to our user Bob for this feature idea, you can now dispute Metro 2 fields for inaccuracy, absence, and inconsistency across all bureaus.
USPS Tracking: For Years, our system has had an API with USPS for furnisher letter tracking. We have removed the requirement to enter a value into this field, so if you are not using certified mail, you will no longer be required to enter a fake value into this field.
